Hall Advisor Resource Trainings, (HART) are a collection of presentations designed to help support Hall Council Advisors.
HART 1
Introduction to RHA | This presentation discusses the purpose and goals of our Residence Hall Association, the structure of RHA, and the structure of our Hall Councils.
HART 2
Your Role as the Hall Advisor | This presentation discusses our philosophy of advising, as well providing you with different roles you will fulfill as the Hall Advisor.
HART 3
Working with the Executive Board | This presentation discusses the resources that the Executive Board can provide for the residents of our halls. It also provides you with the tools necessary for you as an advisor to positively work with our Executive Board.
HART 4
Recruitment and Retention | This presentation discusses our recruitment strategies for our Hall Councils, as well as providing numerous examples of ways to continue motivating your students.
